40 അടി താഴ്ചയുള്ള കുഴൽ കിണറിൽ വീണ കുഞ്ഞിനെ രക്ഷിക്കാൻ ശ്രമം തുടരുന്നു. ഡൽഹി വസന്തവിഹാർ കേശോപൂർ മാണ്ഡിക്ക് സമീപത്താണ് സംഭവം. ജല ബോർഡിന്റെ ട്രീറ്റ്മെന്റ് പ്ലാന്റിനുള്ളിലെ 40 അടി താഴ്ചയുള്ള കുഴൽകിണറിലാണ് കുട്ടി വീണിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ഞായറാഴ്ച പുലർച്ചെ ഒന്നോടെയാണ് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ചത്. കിണറിൽ വീണ കുഞ്ഞിനെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. രാത്രി കുഴൽ കിണറിൽ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞ് വീണതായി വികാസ്പുരി പൊലീസിൽ വിവരം ലഭിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.

നാഷണൽ ഡിസാസ്റ്റർ റെസ്പോൺസ് ഫോഴ്സിന്റെയും (എൻ.ഡി.ആർ.എഫ്) ഡൽഹി ഫയർ സർവീസസിന്റെയും (ഡി.എഫ്.എസ്) സംഘങ്ങളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ രക്ഷാപ്രവർത്തനം പുരോഗമിക്കുകയാണ്. കുട്ടി വീണതിന് സമാന്തരമായി മറ്റൊരു കുഴൽക്കിണർ കുഴിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി എൻ.ഡി.ആർ.എഫ് സംഘം ഉടൻ തുടങ്ങുമെന്ന് അധികൃതർ പറഞ്ഞു.
