നിലവില്‍ നിയമിച്ച ബാബുസെബാസ്റ്റ്യന് വിസിയാകാനുള്ള യോഗ്യതയില്ലെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി കോടതിയുടെ നടപടി. വി.സിയെ നിയമിച്ച സെലക്ഷന്‍ കമ്മിറ്റിക്കും കമ്മിയുടെ നടപടി ക്രമങ്ങളിലും അപാകതയുണ്ടെന്നും കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ബാബുസെബാസ്റ്റ്യനെ അയോഗ്യനാക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് കൊണ്ട നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജിയിലാണ് കോടതി വിധി
