അതേസമയം രൂപയുടെ മൂല്യം ഇടിഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും ഇന്ധന വിലയില്‍ ഇന്ന് മാറ്റമില്ല. തുടര്‍ച്ചയായി ആറ് ദിവസം ഇന്ധന വില വര്‍ധിച്ചിരുന്നു. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച പെട്രോളിന് 14 പൈസയും ഡീസലിന് 15 പൈസയുമാണ് വര്‍ധിച്ചത്. ഇതോടെ ഈ മാസം മാത്രം പെട്രോളിന് 2.20 രൂപയുടേയും ഡീസലിന് 2.65 രൂപയുടേയും വര്‍ധന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.
