റായ്പൂര്‍: അധികാരത്തിലെത്തിയാല്‍ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും മിനിമം വരുമാനം ഉറപ്പാക്കുമെന്ന് കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് പ്രസിഡണ്ട് രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി. തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ മാതൃകയിലായിരിക്കും ഇത് നടപ്പാക്കുക. പട്ടിണി ഇല്ലാതാക്കാനുള്ള ചരിത്രപരമായ പദ്ധതിയാണ് ഇതെന്നും രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡില്‍ കിസാന്‍ റാലിയില്‍ പ്രസംഗിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് രാഹുല്‍ സുപ്രധാന പദ്ധതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിത്.
നമ്മുടെ നൂറ് കണക്കിന് സഹോദരീ സഹോദരന്‍മാര്‍ ദാരിദ്യത്തില്‍ കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ ഒരു പുതിയ ഇന്ത്യയെ പടുത്തുയര്‍ത്താന്‍ നമുക്കാവില്ല. 2019ല്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ അധികാരത്തിലെത്തിയാല്‍ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും മിനിമം വരുമാനം ഉറപ്പാക്കും. വിശപ്പും ദാരിദ്ര്യവും ഇല്ലാതാക്കാന്‍ അത് സഹായിക്കും-രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.
